Your order will arrive beautifully packed in a gift box, stylishly wrapped in a teal ribbon. We ship our product in a beautifully designed, environmentally friendly shipping box.*

The jewelry is ready to be gifted. You may ship jewelry straight to a recipient. You must provide correct address at checkout.

You may include a message to the gift. We will write it on our branded card. Please leave the text at checkout at the “order notes” field. We will handwrite the text exactly as you have entered it.

We do not include the receipt in the package, we send it to customer’s email.

Domestic Multiple Order Packaging

If you order more than one item we will pack them in one or two gift boxes. We do it because we are an environmentally friendly brand and want to stay green. If you need each jewelry to be gift packaged separately, please leave us a note at “order notes” field. We will gladly pack each item in separate gift box. In case you place an order of multiple items all in separate boxes, and want to use US Priority shipping method, please select an option “US Priority” (3 and more gift boxes) at checkout.

If customer sellected US Priority (1-2 gift boxes) at checkout, then shipping method must be upgraded. Please contact us ASAP and we will provide help and instructions how to do it.

If the customer does not upgrade the shipping method by the time it must be shipped, we will pack all jewelry pieces in one or two gift boxes and ship it to the customer accordingly to our Terms.

International Multiple Orders Packaging

If you place an international destination order with multiple items, we will pack them in one or two gift boxes. We do it because we are an environmentally friendly brand and want to stay green. Also, it will save you money on extra shipping costs.

If you need each piece of jewelry to be gift packaged separately, please leave us a note “order notes” field.

In this situation, you must upgrade your shipping. Please contact us ASAP and we will help you with upgrading.

If the customer does not upgrade the shipping method by the time it must be shipped, we will pack all jewelry pieces in one or two gift boxes and ship it to the customer accordingly to our Terms.

There are some situations when we cannot use our environmentally friendly shipping box we advertise. It depends of shipping method you select at checkout and an area you ship your item to.

We must use other type of packaging if you select the following shipping methods:
– US Express;
– Int’l Priority;
– Int’l Express;
– Canada Priority;
– Canada Express.
